Getting Your Venue Ready

To help your event run smoothly, there are a few things to consider when arranging your mobile bar.

Venue Access

We typically require access at least 2 hours before bar service begins to set up.

Power Supply

Two double 13A sockets are required.

Water Access

Access to water is required. A fridge is helpful but not essential.

Parking & Access

Suitable parking and access for the bar trailer and van are needed.

Packdown & Collection

Please allow approximately 90 minutes for packdown after the event. Next-morning collection may be arranged.
